We’ve been performing roof repairs in this area since 2002. So we are excited to continue the task of Princeton Roofing for all types of roofs. From tile to shingle and more.

How To Perform A Roof Repair
Here is a Princeton roofing repair we performed recently.
From the onset, no one would have guessed that the hole would be this bad but this roof leak certainly did a number on this Princeton roofing underlayment.
After we removed the roofing material down to the decking, we found a large hole where the water had damaged the plywood. As a result, we had to replace the plywood in that area.
During the replacement of the plywood, we inspected the trusses and insulation to make sure everything was in good condition.
Next was the base sheet underlayment that was installed first. Following the base sheet, we install an Owens Corning Cap sheet that is actually the waterproofing material on the roof.
The last step in this was the tile that we reinstalled. When we took off the original roof tiles we took special care to protect them so that we could re-install them.
