We’ve been performing roof repairs in this area since 2002. So we are excited to continue the task of Tamarac Roofing for all types of roof repair. From metal roofing to shingle and more.

How To Perform A Roof Repair
Here is a Tamarac Roofing repair we performed recently.
It’s not to often that we come across a roof leak that has damaged the plywood this much but this leak destroyed the plywood. Which in large part is due to the fact that the leak was able to go on for so long without a roof repair.
As a result, we had to remove everything down to the trusses and inspect the structure of the roof to make sure it could still handle new plywood. In these situations, if we find damage to the trusses, we are typically able to replace it on spot.
Next, we installed the plywood and underlayment as you can see in the photos. The underlayment is a special type that wraps around each nail when you install it. So it’s highly recommended for these situations.
The final step was to install the Owens Corning Supreme shingles and tie them into the flashing along the wall of the roof right next to this section.
